the book wasn’t just used it was highlighted and underlined, except that the underline was THROUGH the words no under them. Annoying.
A good book for rehabilitation practitioneers, although it can get a little too much over the place. Cook likes to explain things with tons of detail which may be good if you need a quick handbook, or bad if you need a course reader
