I was working on a project for work and needed to learn to perform a mail merge..fast! I purchased this book and the results were great. It is an easy to follow workbook on how to use Microsoft Word. I highly recommend this book to anyone who wants to learn Word beyond just the basic typing of letters.
Quality of the product exceeded what I would have expected for such a discounted price, would definately buy from this person again, very useful to a full time college student trying to make ends meet with very little funding!
This book is very useful because it shows you illustration and step by step direction.

I liked this book. It is a good book for users who need step by step instructions to understand a feature. It is bright and colorful with exercises to practice on at the end of the chapter. This is a classroom textbook, not a reference. Even though this book is touted as a MOUS Specialist Expert resource, beginners will benefit greatly.
